The role
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for the entertainment industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a person who likes to bring order to chaos and has a knack for finding solutions to difficult situations. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing large campaigns and projects in the advertising or social media industry and additional experience in content creator/ influencer management - get in touch.
Your responsibilities
  • Agile project, retainer & campaign management incl. related communication & service (client & team)
  • Content creator/ influencer contracting, handling and management for various clients
  • Confident with presentations internal / external

  • Consulting the client in strong alignment with your direct report

  • Coordination of internal & external resources on a global scale

  • Setting-up projects from scratch incl. cost estimates, briefings, asana boards, moco, timelines, scope/delivery lists & capacity/ resource planning and keeping all up-to-date

  • Constantly in control of project/ retainer budgets, costs, capacities & team resources incl. time tracking on a global scale

  • In charge of external freelancer, production companies & content creator hiring, contracting & communication on a global scale

  • Hold post-mortem meetings with the teams & clients on a regular basis 

  • Create project/ retainer reportings on a regular basis (incl. learning transfer between teams & clients)

  • Ongoing improvement of project management & client handling 

  • Ongoing development of expertise in people management & client consultancy

Your profile
  • 2-3+ years of experiences in the field and strong feeling for clients, people management and trends

  • Organizational talent & project management skills - very confident in handling client communication & projects, with several team members and mid-sized budgets at the same time

  • Clearly managing expectations within a project and especially with clients

  • Understanding of and seeking for client business context and growth opportunities

  • Ability to cross functionally work with a client team and internal team

  • Ability to identify risks, challenges and opportunities

  • Understanding of social media channels, any kind of social-first projects & client business and content creator trends

  • Existing content creator/ influencer network in lifestyle & entertainment industry
