Social Creative & Community Manager, working student, 20h per week (f, m, d)

The role
Would you like to support us in the realization of social media assets for major clients in the entertainment industry? Do you want to help bring new approaches, formats and extraordinary ideas to life? Then you've come to the right place. You would support a team of creatives, project managers and strategists in the creation of social media content. You will have the chance to work with experienced creatives and gain your first experience in the creative agency world. Furthermore, there is of course also the chance of being taken on by the company after graduation.
Your responsibilities
  • Supporting the creative outcome within a team
  • Executing conception, ideation and creation of campaign or social assets, formats within a team
  • Writing of short-form copy for posts 
  • Setting up and updating content calendars
  • Channel- and Community Management
  • Maintenance tasks such as scheduling and posting, labelling content, updating Asana tasks
  • Content research
  • Procurement and delivery of material for larger content pieces
  • community management on saturday/sunday is a requirement
  • Preparation and supervision of smaller assets
  • Participation in brainstorming sessions
Your profile
  • 1+ year of experience in the creative field and strong feeling for entertainment, digital culture & campaign trends would be a plus
  • german and english speaking
  • Unconventional, original and innovative Concept, Art and or Editorial skills (social and or campaign)
  • Understanding social media platforms and KPIs
  • Understanding of the client business context/ brand
  • Student in a creative field
  • Strong passion in TikTok & Instagram
